We'relooking for a skilledSenior CAD Technicianwho thrives in a collaborative environmentand is excited to contribute to the design and construction of vital transportationprojects: roads,highways,and bridges.You'llwork alongside experienced engineers, usingcutting-edgetools and software to turn concepts into reality.

What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and graphics for a variety oftransportationprojects, including roadway design, curb ramps, etc.
  • Translate engineering markups into polished construction documents,maintainingprecision and consistency.
  • Produce plan sets with minimal directionandwork independently
  • Coordinate/leadCAD production on project teams
  • Usestate-of-the-artsoftware such asAutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation,OpenRoads Designer, and Bluebeam.
  • Support design tasks under the direction of licensed engineers usingindustry standards.
  • Maintain structured drawing files, adhere to company drafting standards,and support project-specific standards as needed.
  • Collaborate through file-sharing systems likeProjectWiseandparticipateinquality assurance reviews.
  • Track quantities, update contract drawings, and contribute to project successwithin scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy. Participate in company- and project-driven quality control and assurance processes.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of drafting experience with a focus on civil engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and identify, prioritize, and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience withtransportationprojectsincludingthetheDepartmentof Transportationand/or other local agencies, including ODOT.
  • Associate of Applied Sciencein Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology,
    or related field.
  • Strong communicationskills and a passion for precision.
