Position Overview
We’re looking for a CAD Designer with strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience to create accurate, production-ready drawings for our manufacturing team. This role works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to bring custom projects to life.

What You’ll Do
•    Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
•    Develop complete design packages (assemblies, fabrication drawings, BOMs) 
•    Translate customer and sales requirements into clear, manufacturable designs 
•    Collaborate with Engineering on new product development, custom and non-standard projects 
•    Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and ready for production 
•    Support production by resolving design-related questions or issues 
•    Continuously improve drawing standards, templates, and workflows

What We’re Looking For
•    3+ years of CAD design experience 
•    Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD 
•    Experience creating detailed manufacturing/fabrication drawings 
•    High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

•    Strong communication and teamwork skills 

Preferred:
•    Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and custom products
