Pay Rate Range: $35.00 - $37.00/hr
Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following 60 days your start date).

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated R&D Technician to work with our client in Santa Rosa, CA. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize a queue of non-standard orders, providing clear updates and owning delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate order requirements and define manufacturing workflows.
  • Design and generate photomask layouts using 2D/3D CAD systems, applying engineering judgment within established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain libraries of measurement routines across a variety of metrology platforms.
  • Analyze measurement data and offer manufacturability recommendations to engineers.
  • Train production operators and troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the floor.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives-from data collection and analysis to process documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with GD&T and practical metrology principles
  • Knowledge of SPC and foundational manufacturing statistics
  • Experience with Siemens NX CAD software
  • Background in photochemical machining, PCB, or semiconductor fabrication
  • Proficiency with vision measurement tools (Keyence, Nikon, OGP, Zygo, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic chemistry and process control
Education:
  • Associate degree (AA/AS) or higher, or equivalent technical training/certification
