Job description

We are a Denver‐area land surveying firm seeking a Survey CAD Technician with at least 2 years of experience in survey drafting. The right candidate is detail‐oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‐moving small‐company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary plats, and design topographic surveys

  • Prepare construction calculations and staking exhibits

  • Process field data and work with LiDAR point‐cloud datasets

  • Maintain consistent drafting standards and organized project files

  • Coordinate with surveyors and project managers as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D

  • Minimum 2 years of land‐survey CAD experience

  • Understanding of survey workflows, legal descriptions, and field‐to‐finish processes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

  • ALTA/NSPS surveys

  • Construction calculations

  • LiDAR point‐cloud processing

  • Topographic and design surveys
