Job Summary

The Customer Support Technician delivers and picks up technology equipment at school locations, helps with warehouse tasks as needed, and represents the One2One team with friendly, professional customer service.

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to deliver and pick up technology equipment at school locations, help with warehouse tasks as needed, and represent the One2One team with friendly, professional customer service. This position will be full-time and onsite in Cleveland, OH

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a company vehicle

  • Deliver and pick up technology equipment at school locations

  • Load and unload equipment

  • Verify deliveries and pickups

  • Complete delivery documentation

  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed

  • Keep the company vehicle clean and organized

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You'll Need
Required:

  • Valid Ohio driver's license

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Physical Demands

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to safely load and unload equipment using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks

  • Ability to climb stairs when making deliveries
