Job description

Hillcroft Services is seeking a Residential Site Manager to lead daily operations in a Continuous Supports residential setting serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals to access the community to lead a fully integrated and independent life
  • Support individuals with essential life skills in the home such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle incorporating recreational activities and social gatherings
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and support DSP staff
  • Oversee daily residential operations and ensure compliance with PCISPs, Medicaid, and agency standards
  • Review documentation, medication records, and staff timesheets
  • Coordinate staffing coverage, appointments, transportation, and household needs
  • Facilitate life skills, academic, and community‑based supports
  • Conduct emergency drills, staff meetings, and performance reviews
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience working with individuals with ID/DD (paid or volunteer)
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background checks and required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration)
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with transfers
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
