Office Administrator (Seasoned) – Temp-to-Perm
Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour

About the Opportunity
A well-established, locally respected company with over a century of excellence in design, manufacturing, and installation services is seeking a seasoned Office Administrator to join their team. Known for quality craftsmanship and innovation, this organization serves commercial and residential clients across the region and offers a stable, team-oriented work environment.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front-office support with strong phone etiquette and customer service
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Handle sales intake, prepare quotes, and support the sales team
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and client follow-ups
  • Assist with insurance bonds and related documentation
  • Perform check writing and general bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems proficiency)
  • Experience with AP/AR and basic accounting functions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
