Join our Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) team and become part of an innovative group that develops groundbreaking solutions for mission-critical systems. We are currently seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, Systems Engineer II to join our Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Analysis section—a team that drives the development of next-generation CONOPS for advanced systems. This is an onsite role based in Woburn, MA, or Tewksbury, MA.

 What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement mission modeling and simulation solutions to support trade studies and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and solve complex computational challenges.

  • Evaluate end-to-end system needs, including interfaces and data connectivity requirements across entire kill-chains.

  • Analyze performance data and develop metrics to validate architectures against mission requirements.

  • Contribute to shaping future technological advancements through innovative algorithms and next-generation system-of-systems performance enhancements.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

  • Experience modeling and/or simulating physical systems.

  • Experience with with programming tools like MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++.

  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Physics, or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

  • Strong knowledge of system engineering life-cycle models.

  • Experience in data analysis, statistics, and conducting studies with large datasets.

  • Familiarity with CONOPS, system tradeoffs, threat definitions, and system-of-systems assessments.

  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills to deliver credible solutions to customers.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
