Job Description:Seeking an entry-level Web Applications Programmer to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, and system modernization initiatives in a data-driven environment. The ideal candidate should possess foundational expertise in data analysis, Power BI, SQL, dashboard development, business analysis, and data cleansing while supporting reporting solutions, operational systems, and financial management processes. This role requires gathering business requirements, performing data extraction and transformation, developing interactive dashboards, supporting testing and troubleshooting activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting and operational efficiency. The candidate will also gain exposure to modern data integration technologies including Informatica and Snowflake while supporting ongoing reporting operations and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify reporting and system requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, business needs, and functional specifications
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and integration activities to support reporting accuracy
  • Support maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of reporting dashboards and automated reports
  • Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, process models, and system specifications
  • Participate in testing activities including system validation, enhancement testing, and issue verification
  • Troubleshoot software and reporting issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain automated reports supporting operational and financial management systems
  • Support financial systems analysis and reporting operations using SQL and reporting tools
  • Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Informatica, and Snowflake to support reporting and data operations


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with risk tracking, issue tracking, and project support documentation
  • Learn and apply enterprise data integration, modernization, and reporting practices
  • Enter, maintain, and update support records and tracking systems accurately
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and documentation review activities
  • Communicate with internal users regarding support requests, reporting issues, and resolution updates
  • Support business process improvement and operational reporting initiatives


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of IT experience in systems support, reporting, or data analysis
  • Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard and data visualization platforms
  • Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
  • Experience with data querying, extraction, cleansing, and transformation activities
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and software support experience
