Job description

Position Description:
The Information Technology Manager is accountable for the execution, coordination, and oversight of the Company's information technology systems, infrastructure, and programs. This position ensures effective operation, security, and continuous improvement of technology resources that support business objectives and operational efficiency.  This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
The IT Manager will maintain the Company's IT infrastructure, business systems, technology resources.  Ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations.  They will oversee network and data security, disaster recovery planning, data backup processes.  In addition to focusing on business continuity initiatives to protect ACM systems and information assets.  This includes leading IT projects such as: System upgrades, migrations, implementations, and outage response efforts.  As well as collaborating with departments to identify and implement technology solutions which improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance
The IT Manager will also build, maintain and manage relationships with vendors including service providers, contractors, and technology vendors.  This includes tracking hardware and software inventories, software licensing compliance, and technology asset lifecycle management.
The IT Manager will provide user support and ongoing education, by providing technical guidance and support to end users.  Developing technology training programs.  Managing the IT budget and ensuring technology resources effectively support organizational goal.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Information Technology management experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments, networking infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise business systems
  • Experience managing technology projects, including ERP and CRM implementations, integrations, or migrations
  • Experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing business technology solutions
Preferred Certifications:
  • Project Management: PMP, CompTIA Project+, ITIL
  • Infrastructure & Networking: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
  • Security: CISSP, CISM, CASP+
Core Competencies:
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
