What is a CompTIA Analyst?

A CompTIA Analyst is an IT professional who has earned certifications from CompTIA, such as Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), or others, and specializes in analyzing and managing information security within an organization. Their responsibilities typically include monitoring network traffic, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. These analysts play a crucial role in protecting organizational data and infrastructure from cyber threats. Obtaining CompTIA certifications demonstrates validated knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and information technology analysis.

What does a CompTIA Analyst do?
