Job description

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technician who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex commercial refrigeration and appliance systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in their diagnostic accuracy, executes flawless sealed system repairs, and values a well-organized, professional work environment.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Diagnose and repair commercial appliances and refrigeration units. ​Perform advanced sealed system repairs, including compressor replacements, brazing, pinpoint leak detection, and pulling deep vacuums.

​Accurately weigh in exact refrigerant charges for complex systems (e.g., commercial ice machines, reach-in coolers).

​Follow company SOPs to ensure high-quality, consistent service and accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

​Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and manage parts inventory.

​Communicate professionally with clients and represent the brand to the highest standard.

​What We’re Looking For:

​Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in commercial appliance repair, with a heavy and proven emphasis on sealed systems.


**Additional duties may include residential appliance repair as needed.**

​Certifications: Active EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal).

​Technical Expertise: Mastery of refrigeration cycle diagnostics, brazing, recovery, and vacuum procedures.


Experience with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Turbo Air, and True refeigeration systems is a major plus.

​Professionalism: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be highly organized and capable of working independently in the field.
