About the Role:
The HR Intern will primarily support recruiting and onboarding activities to help deliver a strong candidate and new hire experience. This role is ideal for a student interested in HR, recruiting, or business operations.
Part-Time during school year (up to 20 hrs/week) with opportunity for full-time work (up to 40 hrs/week) in summer. Hybrid work structure.
Responsibilities:
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct phone screens and support candidate communication.
  • Maintain timely and accurate candidate data in the ATS.
  • Assist with offer letters, onboarding tasks, and new hire orientation.
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and file management.
  • Help with hiring events and/or campus recruiting activities.
  • Assist with other HR projects/tasks as may be requested.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience (Ex: Workday; Jobvite)
  • Prior HR or admin experience is a plus.
