These positions may be full-time temporary/contract positions as a TSMC employee. Candidates will go through rigorous training anywhere from 2-4 months depending on training progress and business needs. The training schedule could vary from regular shift hours of M-F 9am-6pm and/or compressed schedule compressed work week assignment (3/4 - 4/3 rotating shift schedule, 12 hour shifts (which can include night shifts)), based on trainer availability. Open Positions:
Process Technician (PT)
Work in an office-based or cleanroom environment to monitor wafer manufacturing processes, analyze data, and address production alarms. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, process flow analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; AAS Degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and data analysis tools.

Manufacturing Specialist (MS)
