Job description

Part‑Time Dentist – Topeka & Emporia, KS (4–6 Days/Month)

Location: Topeka, KS / Emporia, KS

Schedule: 5–6 weekdays per month

Compensation: $900-$1,000 per visit

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About the Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic‑based environment across our Midland Care PACE partner locations in Topeka and Emporia, KS.

This is a clinic‑based role where you'll function as an extension of the on‑site clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations.

If you're looking for meaningful, mission‑driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead or administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility, stability, and strong professional support.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community‑based outpatient clinic model, offering:

  • Full‑time on‑site clinic staff

  • Organized scheduling and patient flow

  • A coordinated, team‑based care environment

  • A value‑based model focused on seniors

CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high‑quality dental care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures

  • Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations

  • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

  • Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

What Makes This Different

This is not a high‑volume rotating model.

Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within each partner location.

We emphasize:

  • Quality over volume

  • Consistency and predictability

  • Administrative and logistical support

  • Long‑term clinic partnerships

  • Ethical, mission‑driven healthcare delivery

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program

  • Active Kansas dental license

  • Experience treating senior populations preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner

  • Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule
  • 5–6 weekdays per month

  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • No nights

  • No weekends

  • No billing or administrative responsibilities

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is a family‑founded healthcare organization with over 25 years of experience increasing access to care for senior and underserved communities across 20+ states.
