Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support technical publication management, materiel tracking, and inventory operations in Orlando, Florida
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage development, maintenance, and distribution of technical publications, including manuals, guides, and software documentation
  • Ensure publications are accurate, updated for system changes, and compliant with quality standards
  • Support verification of technical publications and logistics demonstrations
  • Provide expertise on delivery and property transfer of simulation materiel to training centers and operational sites
  • Maintain tracking systems for procured and fielded materiel
  • Analyze purchase trends to inform future procurement and program planning
  • Assist with inventory and property management, including inspections, audits, equipment control, warehousing, and disposal of assets
  • Support development of requests for proposals (RFPs) and logistics inputs for program acquisitions
  • Prepare required life cycle support documentation and track compliance using management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics requirements are integrated into system development and sustainment

Position Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
  • Must be able to pass Agency background check
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
