Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently. This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensedpharmacist
  • Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patientpickup
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
  • Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacistcheck
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
  • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician licenserequired
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medicationpreparation
