Schedule: Rotating Shifts l PRN

Salary: $61.60 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Ensure safe and accurate medication management by verifying appropriate selection, dosing, administration, compounding, and dispensing of medication orders.

  • Evaluate medication therapies to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related issues; recommend formulary alternatives and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in medication preparation and distribution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Deliver drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals, serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students, and provide operational coverage as needed.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
