Time: 5:30am-2:00pm

Days: Monday – Friday

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 (range depends on shift and length of service)

Overtime: Possibility (any shift exceeding 8 hours will be paid as overtime)

Role Overview

California Custom Fruits and Flavors is seeking a Flavor Compounder to join our team. Flavor Compounders are a critical part of how we can produce our products.


Daily Tasks

• Scaling up raw materials for flavor batches and blending as instructed on job tickets.

• Issuing raw materials to jobs using scanners.

• Adjusting out non existing raw material inventory.

• Using forklift to move raw material and finished product.

• Maintain clean workstation.

• Working with warehouse personnel to facilitate flow of raw material and finished product.

• Assisting other to compete work assignments when necessary.


What You Need to Succeed

• Forklift Certified.

• PPE: Steel-toed slip resistant rubber boots and lift belt required.

• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours.

• Frequently grip, reach, lift, or pull with both hands.

• Ability to lift 45lbs consistently.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Detail oriented and follow instruction without fail.
