Job description

Leader, Inclusion Compliance & Risk Management (New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL)What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead workforce compliance reporting and human capital disclosure activities (EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data, and other regulatory requirements).
  • Develop enterprise approaches for disability, accessibility, accommodations, and workforce self-identification programs.
  • Identify emerging risks/opportunities and recommend practical actions for leaders.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to improve reporting processes, simplify work, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other compliance activities.
  • Design sustainable processes, controls, and governance practices to improve efficiency and manage risk.
Education
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree minimum.
Required
  • 6+ yearsโ€™ experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, People Analytics, Inclusion, ESG/Human Capital Reporting, or related.
  • Experience managing workforce data, HR/compliance reporting, governance, controls, and operational risk.
  • Strong analytical skills translating workforce/human capital/compliance/risk data into action.
  • Consultative/advisory partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven use of data/technology/analytics/AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Preferred
  • Experience with EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data, ESG/CSRD, and human capital disclosures.
  • Knowledge of disability employment, accessibility/accommodations, disability self-identification, accessible recruiting/learning, digital accessibility, WCAG.
  • Experience building data governance/reporting controls, audit documentation, decision logs, compliance calendars, or risk mechanisms.
