RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

The Risk & Compliance Manger is responsible for maintaining adequate and effective risk and compliance programs for the Bank ensuring adherence to all federal and state banking laws and regulations. This includes the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Programs, Identity Theft Program, Fraud, Vendor Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, as well as assisting with Information Security.

Primary Responsibilities:

· The position serves as the compliance manager for the Bank requiring a strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations· Oversight of the BSA/AML and Fraud department, as well as ownership and management of the Bank's BSA/AML/Fraud system; Verafin· Oversight of the Bank's Identity Theft program partnering with internal constituents on execution· Oversight and facilitation of the Bank's Vendor Management program, including execution and evolution of the Bank's annual review process· Responsible for the Bank's Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans, including their evolution and updates· Own and lead the partnership with other operations groups on the execution of annual risk assessments and tabletop exercises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relation field, Specialized compliance training and/or certification preferred
  • 5-10 years of banking compliance/risk experience
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently & collaboratively in a high-paced environment. Must have excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills as well as strong written & verbal communication skills.

This position is in-person and requires the ability to work at our Fleetwood location daily;
