As the Store Manager, you will guide a compact, yet high-impact team focused on world-class product demonstrations, meaningful customer relationships, and measurable business results, while balancing customer passion, people development, operational excellence, and strong business acumen to uphold the Meta brand standard and customer promise.

These small-format locationsโ€”situated in premier malls and outdoor lifestyle centersโ€”are designed to reinvent traditional retail engagement through immersive, hands-on experiences.   • Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Experience and Education:
