Job description

Join the largest and fastest growing independent artist merchandise company in the space, work across contemporary recording artist’s e-commerce stores, tours, retail programs, album rollouts + more.

TITOL™ is seeking a highly organized, culturally attuned Senior Product Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of programming for one of our largest clients. This role sits at the intersection of creative, product development, operations, marketing, and brand management.

You will serve as the operational backbone for this client, driving projects from concept through launch while ensuring the right work reaches the right people at the right time. Success in this role isn't about owning every decision. It's about creating clarity in complex environments, maintaining momentum across cross‑functional teams, and exercising strong judgment around what is ready for review, what needs further refinement, and what requires immediate attention.

Just as critically, this person has their finger on the pulse of contemporary culture. They’re fluent in the brands, artists, and key figures who move the needle, and dialed into the day‑to‑day across music, entertainment, footwear, fashion, and culture at large. They have an instinctive read on the landscape, and they understand what resonates, what drives conversation, why it matters, who it speaks to, and where it fits in the bigger picture.

You will work alongside internal teams (Brand Managers, Creative, Technical Design, Production, Operations, E‑Commerce, and executive leadership) and external partners, helping align competing priorities while ensuring projects continue to progress throughout the entirety of their lifecycle without compromise. We’re looking for someone who is relentlessly organized, has exceptional follow‑through, understands artist culture and product development, and is comfortable navigating rooms full of strong opinions without losing sight of the objective.

Working Environment

In‑office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on‑site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast‑paced and detail‑driven environment, with a focus on problem‑solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re‑prioritising tasks as necessary.

What You’ll Do Lead Project Execution
  • Own the operational execution of merchandise, collaborations, and special projects from concept through launch.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines spanning creative development, sampling, approvals, production, launch readiness, fulfillment, and delivery, as well as external partner approvals and checkpoints where relevant.
  • Serve as the central source of truth across all active projects, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into status, priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure projects continue to progress, regardless of shifting priorities and evolving creative direction.
Drive Cross‑Functional Alignment
  • Coordinate work across Creative, Brand, Technical Design, Production, Operations, E‑Commerce, and external partners.
  • Facilitate productive and proactive communication and seamless handoffs between teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead recurring project meetings, establish clear action items, and ensure follow‑through across all stakeholders.
  • Navigate competing priorities and differing viewpoints while maintaining forward momentum and alignment around shared goals.
Exercise Product & Creative Judgment
  • Review creative development and product progress with a strong understanding of Artist’s brand/world, sensibilities, merchandising, and consumer expectations.
  • Help ensure creative, development, and production work reaches an appropriate level of refinement before being presented to internal leads, executive leadership, or clients.
  • Recognise when work requires additional iteration versus when it is ready for executive review or approval.
  • Balance creative ambition with operational realities while protecting product quality and brand integrity.
Manage Development & Production Workflow
  • Work alongside Production, Technical Design, and Creative to review samples, revisions, approvals, development milestones, and production readiness across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Monitor vendor timelines and proactively identify risks, delays, or quality concerns before they impact launches.
  • Partner closely with Production and Technical Design teams to maintain momentum throughout development.
  • Escalate issues thoughtfully with proposed solutions whenever possible.
Build Operational Excellence
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across timelines, approvals, deliverables, and communication.
  • Improve visibility through thoughtful tracking systems and operational processes.
  • Ensure internal and external teams are aligned ahead of key releases and campaigns.
  • Bring efficient structure and consistency to fast‑moving environments without creating unnecessary process.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, brand management, creative operations, marketing, merchandise, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of artist merchandise, project lifecycles, and the pace of the music and entertainment industry.
  • Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities/evolving scope.
  • Working knowledge of apparel development, sampling, production timelines, and merchandising workflows.

More importantly...

  • You have exceptional judgment and know what is ready to move forward, and what isn’t.
  • You're highly organized, but understand that successful project management is about driving decisions, not simply tracking tasks.
  • You know how to challenge ideas constructively while keeping projects moving.
  • You remain calm in high‑pressure environments with constantly changing priorities.
  • You're comfortable working alongside experienced creative and operational leaders without needing to own every decision.
  • You naturally build trust through reliability, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • You leave your ego at the door and care more about the success of the project than who gets the credit.
  • You have a genuine appreciation for fashion, culture, artist branding, and exceptional products.
