Human Resources Manager

MMWEC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the administrative functions of its Human Resources Department, including recruiting, policies and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Administer Human Resource Functions: Manage human resource activities, including the complete employee lifecycle, benefit and appraisal programs, and the bargaining unit agreement
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies, personal information and data breach laws; maintain records in accordance with established laws and procedures
  • Staffing and Recruiting: Manage and direct the process to evaluate and acquire staffing resources needed to meet the needs of the organization

You're a Great Fit if You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5-10 years of job-related experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, requirements and best practices
  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop robust working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
