Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required
  • Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus
