Help Shape the Future.We are seeking a knowledgeable, people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to employees and organizational leadership.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving workplace practices, and balancing employee advocacy with sound business judgment. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, retention, and workforce development.The ideal candidate is approachable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating both strategic priorities and sensitive employee matters. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.What You'll DoStrategic HR PartnershipPartner with organizational leadership to align HR programs and workforce strategies with current and future business needs.Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, retention, and succession planning.Translate business objectives into practical, people-centered HR solutions.Identify opportunities to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.Support the continued development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices.Talent Acquisition and OnboardingLead the recruitment, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding of qualified employees.Manage recruitment for managerial, exempt, professional, and other critical operational positions.Collaborate with department leaders to define position requirements and identify the skills and competencies needed for success.Develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies that support both immediate staffing needs and long-term workforce goals.Help create a welcoming, organized, and consistent onboarding experience for new employees.Employee Relations and Leadership SupportServe as a trusted and accessible resource for employees, supervisors, and managers.Provide guidance on workplace concerns, employee grievances, conflict resolution, performance, attendance, and policy interpretation.Assist managers in delivering constructive, timely, and well-documented performance feedback.Conduct or support workplace investigations involving sensitive or complex allegations.Lead or participate in disciplinary meetings, corrective-action processes, and employment terminations.Promote a respectful, accountable, and positive work environment.Compensation, Benefits, and Leave AdministrationSupport the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.Assist employees and managers with questions involving benefits, workplace accommodations, and leaves of absence.Review compensation and benefits trends and recommend competitive base-pay and incentive programs.Help ensure compensation practices support the organization's ability to attract and retain qualified talent.Training and Employee DevelopmentCoordinate and monitor required employee training through the Alchemy platform.Partner with managers to identify training, development, and performance-improvement needs.Promote employee growth, internal advancement, and leadership development.Help ensure training programs are completed, documented, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.Compliance and HR OperationsMaintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Review HR policies and employment practices and recommend updates when necessary.Stay informed about emerging HR trends, regulatory developments, employment-law changes, and HR technology.Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized employee documentation.Support the daily workflow and operational priorities of the HR department.Perform other related duties as assigned.What You'll BringExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, coaching, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to prioritize competing demands and delegate responsibilities appropriately.Working knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable business software.Experience using-or the ability to quickly learn-HRIS, applicant-tracking, and talent-management systems.A collaborative, service-oriented approach with the confidence to provide clear and consistent guidance.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
