What is the Opportunity?

The Director, Talent Enablement & Delivery for Capital Markets (CM) is responsible for the overall management and delivery of our annual talent cycle practices. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, in partnership with Centres of Excellence (COEs) and platform partners, using data and insights to evolve our talent practices. The incumbent will enable HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute talent processes effectively by providing them with the tools, insights and supports they need.

What will you do?

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the annual talent cycle, including year-end processes, goal setting, performance management, and talent calibration
  • Enable HRBPs and business leaders to conduct talent processes by providing guidance, frameworks, and resources
  • Develop communication materials, playbooks, and enablement resources for various audiences
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for talent processes, identify opportunities for enhancement and implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with COEs and platform stakeholders to co-design and enhance talent practices based on business needs and feedback
  • Act as a strategic integration point between the HR talent partners and HR COEs
  • Deliver regular reporting and analytics on talent metrics, trends, and outcomes to inform strategic decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and build presentations, decks and materials for senior leaders and executive audiences
  • Advance Talent Enablement & Delivery practices for Capital Markets

What do you need to succeed?

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in HR or Capital Markets, in a relevant role
  • Superior partnership and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset, balanced with an ability to think broadly across HR domains
  • Keen ability to derive insights and strategies from people data
  • Good balance between being innovative and practical
  • Global exposure or experience is an asset
  • Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred or equivalent
  • CHRL or equivalent designation is an asset

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $160,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
