A Complex Director of Finance is a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple business units, properties, or locations within an organization, often in the hospitality or real estate industries. They manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the financial health and profitability of the complex. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with other department heads to drive overall business success.
