What is a complex claims manager?

Complex Claims Managers are specialized insurance professionals responsible for overseeing and resolving particularly challenging or high-value insurance claims. They handle cases that often involve multiple parties, significant financial exposure, or intricate legal and policy issues. Their role includes investigating claims, coordinating with legal teams and experts, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Complex Claims Managers play a vital role in protecting both the insurer and the policyholder's interests throughout the claims process.
