About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience (Funding) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the funding process, helping us deliver a seamless professional experience to our customers, sales representatives, and finance partners.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal colleagues
  • Collect and organize required documents for Notice to Proceed (NTP)
  • Submit key milestone documentation to financiers to ensure timely funding
  • Track progress and follow up proactively to keep deals moving forward
  • Solve problems and stay resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Take inbound calls from sales representatives to help push milestone

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
