The primary focus of this role is to assist a diverse set of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in virtual therapy settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• A commitment to ethical practice and the confidentiality of client information.

• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of presenting issues.
• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is advantageous.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and managing complex cases are preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range between $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
