Job description

About the Role

Quincy Wells Group is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to support the evaluation, approval, and ongoing monitoring of investment products available through our Broker Dealer platform. Working closely with senior diligence leadership, this role will conduct investment research, analyze sponsor and product information, prepare due diligence reports, and support the firm's Product Review Committee.

This position offers significant exposure to alternative investments, investment sponsors, regulatory due diligence requirements, and product governance processes. It is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking to deepen their expertise in investment analysis and product due diligence.

What You'll Do:

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting due diligence reviews for alternative investment offerings and other products considered for the Broker Dealer platform

  • Gather, organize, and analyze offering documents, financial statements, sponsor materials, and related information

  • Draft comprehensive due diligence reports, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research as part of product evaluations

  • Work closely with senior diligence personnel to assess product structures, risk factors, sponsor quality, and investment merits

  • Present findings and recommendations to the Product Review Committee and firm leadership

  • Support ongoing refinement of diligence processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in sponsor meetings, conference calls, webinars, and educational presentations

  • Prepare meeting summaries, notes, and follow-up materials

  • Maintain ongoing product monitoring files and surveillance documentation

  • Assist compliance, supervision, and sales teams with product-related inquiries

  • Support preparation of committee materials, presentations, and reporting

  • Assist during regulatory examinations or inquiries related to product approval practices

  • Participate in educational sessions and training opportunities related to investment products and industry developments

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • Understanding of investment fundamentals and alternative investment structures

  • Experience in investment research, due diligence, product analysis, financial analysis, or related financial services roles preferred

  • Ability to analyze financial statements, sponsor information, and investment-related materials

  • Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills

  • Familiarity with Broker Dealer due diligence requirements and regulatory expectations preferred

  • SIE and Series 7 licenses preferred but not required
