DMGC's Xcel program is growing and we are looking to add to our competitive coaching team (full time/part time). Our team includes levels Bronze-Diamond that hold many state titles and regional qualifiers. Competitive experience is required. We are looking for committed, compassionate individuals who will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment with great communication skills that work well with other team coaches and parents.
