Job description

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years experience outside of school (REQUIRED)

Day to Day:

  • Obtain blood specimens and collect non-blood specimens such as urine, sputum, and throat swabs for laboratory testing
  • Ability to use straight needles and draw 50+ times per day
  • Responsible for drawing blood on patients ranging from infants to geriatrics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and hectic environment
  • Labeling specimens and handling all specimens properly
  • Experience processing specimens for laboratory testing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbridge, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
