Experienced Competitive Xcel, Optional, and Gym Stars Coaches | Competitive Pay
The Competitive Team Coach is responsible for developing and mentoring athletes within our competitive program while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and athlete experience. This role goes beyond teaching skills - our Team Coaches build confident, disciplined athletes through intentional coaching, positive leadership, and strong communication with families and staff.
Competitive Team Coaches play a vital role in athlete retention, progression, and team culture while supporting the long-term vision and legacy of Gymnastics World of Georgia.
