 Caregiver Responsibilities

As an in-home caregiver, you will:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  • Run errands and assist with grocery shopping

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes

  • Document care provided and communicate with the care team

 Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation with auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic household and caregiving skills

  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week

  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, including rotating weekends

  • Caregiving, home care, healthcare, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
