Job description

Position Overview

The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome's values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a high quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required, a blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Clinical/Development or Commercial focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred.
  • Experienced utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
