Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter,ย Life Sciencesย will support Immunome's growingย Clinical/Developmentย and Commercialย organizationsย by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of rolesย across the organization. This position will partner closely withย a variety of teamsย to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment.ย Solid demonstratedย candidateย sourcingย experienceย isย required.ย ย 

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complexย requisitionsย simultaneously.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of developmentย and commercial-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.ย 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.ย 
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies toย identifyย qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.ย 
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome's values.ย 
  • Coordinate interviewย logistics, gather feedback, andย facilitateย timelyย hiring decisions.ย 
  • Ensure a highย quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.ย 
  • Maintainย accurateย and compliant records within the applicant tracking systemย (Greenhouse).ย 
  • Provideย market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.ย 
  • Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs asย required.ย 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.ย 
  • A minimum ofย 5ย years of full-cycle recruiting experienceย isย required,ย a blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred.ย 
  • Demonstrated experience sourcingย technical candidates for technical and leadership roles,ย utilizingย a variety ofย tools and platforms.ย 
  • Demonstrated experience recruitingย Clinical/Developmentย or Commercialย focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.ย 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.ย 
  • Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week.ย ย 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding ofย research,ย clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred.ย 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.ย 
  • Strong organizational skills withย a highย attention to detail.ย 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.ย
