The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 evening a week (between 6-9pm) for practice. They will also dedicate a few weekends a year for travel to various events and competitions.
For more than 30 years, Champions in Motion has specialized in offering youth programs in communities across the country. We emphasize having fun, while learning.
This position is for weekday evenings, teaching youth ages 3-18. Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, creating competition routines, and basic record-keeping. Paid training sessions will be provided to ensure you are ready to thrive in your classes.

Responsibilities of a Cheerleading Coach include:

Teaching responsibilities which include class preparations, teaching students, competition routine creation, and basic record-keeping.
Creating Cheer Choreography that involves a wide variety of skill levels
Instruction of safe techniques for skills
Listening to the strengths and weakness of an athlete and coaching them to grow their talents
Ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the entire cheer program
Directly responsible for the welfare and safety of athletes in the program
Requirements of a Cheerleading Coach include:

High school degree or equivalent
Two years or more of cheer experience
Reliable Transportation
Yearlong commitment
Professional, outgoing and approachable
Strong written, communication, and customer service skills are essential, as well as excellent grasp of internet and social media programs
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Occasional meetings, cheer clinics, and cheer competitions each season
