What you will be doing

  • Build and improve end-user marketingΒ nurture journeysΒ with an eye towards improvement and growth of the sameΒ 
  • ProjectΒ manageΒ end-user initiatives, as well asΒ productΒ and serviceΒ development initiatives,Β to ensure on-time launch ofΒ the initiatives.Β 
  • Help ideate andΒ assistΒ with creation of new product and service business plans, from conceptΒ toΒ creation,Β assistingΒ withΒ of a variety ofΒ tasks including asset creation, market research, pro formaΒ growthΒ and ROI targets, and moreΒ 
  • Manage projects from start to finish, mapping out steps with stakeholders from multiple teams, deliverables and deadlines and driving to a quality work product and on-time completionΒ 
  • CoordinateΒ and manageΒ all logistical aspects ofΒ end-user eventsΒ and tradeshowsΒ 
  • Help create and track metrics that defineΒ theΒ healthΒ of our processes and systemsΒ 
  • Understand end-user perspective to ensure it is incorporated into marketing systemsΒ and processΒ design, resulting in a positive user experience and always-improving conversionΒ 
  • AssistΒ with maintenance of product gross margin targets via tracking of price vs competitionΒ 
  • Help design and execute market research surveysΒ 
  • Coordinate and projectΒ manageΒ direct customer requestsΒ 
  • Coordinate and manage SWAG purchasesΒ 
  • AssistΒ with other duties as assigned.Β 

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years’ experienceΒ in marketing coordinationΒ (required).
  • 5+ years’ experienceΒ building and improvingΒ digital nurture journeys.
  • 1+ years’ experience in event coordination (preferred)
  • ExperienceΒ and confidenceΒ with CRM and marketing automationΒ buildingΒ andΒ the platforms usedΒ (e.g.Β Salesforce, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Experience using tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, community members, and company leadership with tact, consideration, and respect.
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
