Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst

Location: Springfield, IL / Hybridย 

Position Summary

Serves as a strategic compensation partner, providing advanced analysis, consultation, and project leadership to support the company's compensation philosophy and talent strategy. Partners with HR and business leaders to design and administer competitive compensation programs and provide expert guidance on complex compensation matters.ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex compensation analyses, market pricing, and salary recommendations.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on job offers, pay decisions, and compensation strategies.
  • Support executive and broad-based compensation programs.
  • Lead compensation projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain compensation guidelines, tools, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Mentor Compensation Analysts and share best practices across the team.
  • Utilize HRIS and compensation systems to support reporting and analytics.ย 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Several years of progressive compensation or HR consulting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and salary administration.
  • Experience leading projects and providing compensation consultation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $76,600.00 - $106,450.00ย ย
