Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and implement cloud‑based EPM solutions on Anaplan, Varicent, and Pigment platforms for enterprise clients.
  • Lead client engagements as the primary solution architect, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project teams of 3‑4 Voiant consultants, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship throughout the engagement.
  • Develop and maintain complex Anaplan and Pigment models supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Territory & Quota Planning (T&Q), Workforce Planning, and Budgeting/FP&A use cases.
  • Implement and configure Varicent solutions for enterprise Sales Planning.
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical EPM solutions.
  • Mitigate project risks, manage scope, and ensure on‑time delivery of implementation milestones.
  • Contribute to Voiant’s broader practice through mentorship of junior consultants, including supporting the development of Voiant’s Canadian consulting team.
  • Support business development activities, including client growth and new opportunity development for Voiant’s EPM practice.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of consulting experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, with direct client‑facing delivery responsibility.
  • Minimum five (5) years of hands‑on Anaplan and/or Varicent implementation experience, including model building, multi‑module design, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience training and mentoring junior team members on Anaplan, Pigment, and Varicent projects, models, and use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams of three or more consultants on multi‑month engagements.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including client‑facing presentation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
