Job description

Position Description
Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Major/Essential Functions
  • Coordinate operational activities across the EPP, including program timelines, assessment cycles, and communication with faculty, administrators and candidates.
  • Support accreditation and state reporting processes by organizing evidence, monitoring data quality, and preparing materials for reviews and audits.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for faculty, adjuncts, and cooperating teachers, ensuring they have access to required systems and resources.
  • Serve as a central point of contact.
  • Provide expert support for learning management systems, assessment platforms and digital tools used across educator preparation.
  • Guide faculty and candidates in the effective use of instructional technologies, including troubleshooting, training, and resource development.
  • Develop and maintain user friendly documentation, tutorials, and digital resource hubs that support consistent use of the data platform.
  • Set up workflows related to candidate progression, field placements, performance assessments, and certification requirements.
  • Monitor data integrity across systems and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or gaps.
  • Support the preparation of dashboards, summaries, and reports that inform program improvement and accreditation needs.
  • Assist with digital processes for observation tools, evaluation forms, and field based documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a College of Education or educator preparation context.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus four years progressively responsible related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal eight years.
