You will lead large-scale compensation engagements, manage client relationships, guide project teams, and support business development. You will also help clients modernize their compensation programs through data, technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex compensation consulting engagements from analysis through final recommendations.
  • Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, pay structures, and programs aligned with business and talent needs.
  • Advise senior HR and business leaders on pay competitiveness, job architecture, incentive design, and compensation modernization.
  • Structure, review, and interpret compensation analyses completed by project teams.
  • Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted compensation advisor.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, and quality.
  • Coach junior team members and provide guidance on analysis, client delivery, and professional development.
