This role is for active duty service members who bring strong discipline, leadership, and mission-focused execution to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Reporting
  • Develop and maintain standardized project status reports (schedule, risks, issues, financials)
  • Track and communicate project performance against key KPIs
  • Support risk, issue, and dependency management processes
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Dashboard Development
  • Assist in building and enhancing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Translate project data into clear, actionable visual insights
  • Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation processes
  • Continuously improve dashboard usability and executive-level reporting

Business Development & Strategic Support
  • Support business case development, including ROI and benefits tracking
  • Assist with project intake, prioritization, and portfolio analysis
  • Contribute to executive presentations and strategic reporting
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform decision-making

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Active-duty U.S. service member within 180 days of separation
  • Approved or eligible for DoD SkillBridge application
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
    • Equivalent military education or PME considered
  • Experience supporting operations, planning, reporting, or execution in a military or command-driven environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel, Power Point, and visualization tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
