Location: Catskill, NY
Pay: $58-$63/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Flexible Days

About Us

Pediatric Dentistry of Catskill is a warm, welcoming dental home for children and families in Catskill, NY. We're currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our team Part-time. If you enjoy working with kids and want to make a lasting impact on their oral health, this is the opportunity for you!

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time (3 days/week) or
  • 3 days/ week Mondays-Wednesdays
  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
  • Occasional travel to our other offices (within a reasonable distance) may be requested

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and apply sealants
  • Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
  • Educate children and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Accurately record patient medical and dental histories
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and kid-friendly clinical environment
  • Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff
  • Provide occasional front desk support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required)
  • Valid NYS Dental Hygienist License (Required)
  • Pediatric dental experience preferred
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
  • Team-oriented with a cheerful, professional attitude
