As a Mental Health Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implementing effective solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and challenges of your clients.
• Guiding clients through their emotional experiences by helping them gain insights into their feelings and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary to encourage the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs. Your work will help empower clients to enhance their quality of life through self-discovery, skill development, and the implementation of coping strategies. The clients you support will benefit from your expertise in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, ultimately leading them towards improved mental wellness.

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional license.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, ensuring smooth interactions with clients in a virtual setting.

While not mandatory, we value candidates with prior experience in providing therapy in a virtual environment and those who have worked with diverse populations. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a strong desire to stay current with best practices in mental health will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The expected salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your working hours and expertise. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
