A Compass Levy is not a standard job title and may refer to a specific role, project, or organizational term within a company or industry. If you are referring to a job position, it would be best to clarify the industry or company context. In general, a 'levy' often refers to a tax or fee, and 'Compass' could relate to Compass Group, a large food services company, but there is no widely recognized job called 'Compass Levy.'
