Job Summary
The General Manager of Premium provides strategic and operational leadership for all premium hospitality operations within a sports and entertainment venue. This leader is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across suites, clubs, lounges, and premium events. The GM of Premium partners closely with culinary, sales, operations, and venue leadership teams to create memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations and strengthen client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of Premium Hospitality operations, including suites, clubs, VIP spaces, and catered events.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost-control initiatives through effective budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
  • Develop and lead managers and frontline staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards and premium hospitality execution during all events.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to deliver innovative menus, elevated food and beverage offerings, and memorable guest experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue ownership, clients, stakeholders, and premium guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead event planning, logistics, staffing strategies, and operational readiness for all premium functions.
  • Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial results.
