Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, your passion and expertise will translate into a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and crafting personalized treatment plans that utilize established best practices.
• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share knowledge, and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting professional growth and contributing to the clinic’s collective expertise.
• Empowering patients and their families through education regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your dedication to academic excellence in your field.

Compensation and Benefits

Life Compass Mental Clinic values your contributions and celebrates your dedication. The annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
