    Location: Atlanta, GA 

    Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 per annum

    Desired Skills: Network Security - Blue Coat, Zscalar

    Job Description

    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    •            Experiences in Log tickets for unexpected errors as they may be symptoms of larger errors (i.e. a server is down) with Zscaler

    •           Troubleshooting testing of client version daily

    •           Ensure Zapp is bypassed from other applications and security solutions to prevent outages.

    •           Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually (Leverage the possible as best practice)

    •           Push of the latest Zapp version (Leverage possible as best practice) after review and decision of deployment is made.

    •           Review release notes, compare discovered issues and develop fixes for client images.

    •           Determine users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group.

    •           Assign users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group for Zapp.

    •           Pilot users on new Zapp versions first & then roll out.

    •           Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually by working closely with Zscaler to do the upgrade.
